About the role: Come and join our vibrant team at headspace Emerald! We are currently seeking a full-time Administration Officer to join our team in Emerald. Our new Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for inquiries at headspace Emerald and will provide a broad range of administration support functions. What will a typical day look like? Provide day to day reception and administrative support. Make appointments for young people including, SMS reminders and maintaining waitlists. Meet and greet visitors to headspace Emerald while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. Maintain Excel spreadsheets, establish MDS surveys and extensive use of the Electronic Medical Record system. Transcribe letters and reports, scan files as required. Ensure all incoming phone calls are attended to in a prompt, courteous and youth-friendly manner. Week 1 hours Mon/Tues 9am - 5pm Wed/Thur 9:30am - 7pm Fri 8:30am - 3pm Week 2 hours Mon - Thur 9am - 5pm Fri 8:30am - 3pm Mandatory Requirements: Full COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate III in business/office administration (or related discipline) and experience in a similar position; or A minimum of 2 years relevant experience and willingness to achieve a Certificate III in the recommended time from enrolment.
