Role Overview Our Audit & Assurance team are seeking an intermediate level Accountant with approximately 2 – 3 years’ demonstrated experience to join us on a full-time basis. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to work as part of a highly regarded team in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Working in a supportive team, you will have the opportunity to experience an extensive range of different industries, working closely with some of South Australia’s iconic businesses. Our team specialises in a range of engagements, giving stakeholders independent and objective assurance on financial information, transactions and processes. Key Responsibilities • Completion of audit procedures including planning, risk assessment and substantive audit work for a variety of the firm’s audit clients • Preparation of draft financial statements using Caseware for a selection of clients • Attendance at client premises for the purpose of stocktake attendance, meetings and to conduct audit procedures • Communication with the Directors and Managers of any issues arising from the audit work completed • Providing on the job training to the audit team’s graduates About You • At least 2-3 years’ experience • Proven technical skills in accounting and audit • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline, a CA qualification (or working towards one) • Be passionate about helping clients • Be a problem solver, with exceptional attention to detail to produce high quality work • Display a high-level of professionalism, enthusiasm and conscientiousness • Be a team player and ability to form relationships easily internally and externally • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Have a valid driver’s licence To join our team, please click ‘Apply Now’ today – we are waiting to meet with you!
