We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant for a 3 month contract role to assist our Finance Manager You will work across AR reconciliation and collections, cash management of bank accounts, and supporting month-end duties. Collaborate with the Finance team to prepare monthly reports and assist the Company Accountant with ad hoc projects. Processing supplier invoices AR reconciliation and Collections Managing the PO and SO to facilitate control Cash management of all bank accounts & reconciliations Assist with Month end duties as required Contact vendors for bill enquiries Month end balance sheet reconciliation Working with the Finance team to support all monthly reports, BS, PL as required Assist Company Accountant with ad hoc projects Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable This position is based at our head office in Mascot, Sydney, close to public transport and with on-site parking.
