Join Our Team as Centre Manager! Welcome to The Arlington Early Education and Care, a vibrant new centre located in Toowong, that opened its doors in December 2023! We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Centre Manager to lead our team of early education professionals, driving excellence and innovation in childcare. As our Centre Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning environment for our children while fostering a supportive and engaging workplace culture. Your responsibilities will include: • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards such as the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework. • Cultivating strong community relationships to enrich the experiences of our children and families. • Upholding and enhancing our centre's A&R rating. • Empowering and mentoring our team of educators to deliver best practices. • Maintaining the impeccable presentation of our centre's indoor and outdoor spaces. • Efficiently managing rosters and attendance. • Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with all families. • Overseeing day-to-day operations in alignment with company policies and procedures. • Providing leadership, support, and guidance to staff and students. • Fostering a cohesive and positive work environment. To excel in this role, you must possess: • A Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification. • A valid Working with Children Check. • Profound knowledge of relevant regulations, including the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. • Up-to-date certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid. • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring and developing teams. • Familiarity with the Reggio Emilia Approach (desirable but not essential). • Proficiency in software such as Xplor, Storypark, Timetarget/Human Force, CMS, and ChildcareCRM.
