The Responsibilities With a focus on Accounts Payable, this Finance Officer position will take ownership of the apparel retail brands representing one division of a wider agriculture business. Responsibilities include; Management of shared finance mailbox Data Entry (Greentree) Matching payment files with physical invoice records Manage two payment runs weekly Reconcile and process bank statement and Shopify transactions Corporate Credit Card reconciliation Supplier reporting Monthly inter-compay recharges Debtor reports Scanning & filing Benefits Well there are a lot so lets start with these: Long established stable business Low staff turnover 50% discount on merchandise Performance and loyalty bonus Private Health payment following qualifying period Flexible work hours (office based) Background If you are an experienced Finance Officer and enjoy Accounts Payable then this is the role for you!
