They are currently looking for an Accountant to join their business on an a permanent basis. The Role | Reporting to the Group Finance Manager Duties will include: • Assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders; • Preparation of relevant journals, prepayments and accruals; • Completion of monthly general ledger reconciliations; • Completion of month-end and year-end accounts; • Ensure accurate allocation of costs; • Ensure accurate and up-to-date general ledger; and • Ad hoc tasks and process improvements as required. The Candidate The ideal candidate will be tertiary qualified with an accounting or business background. You will have 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role and have completed or are currently studying your CA/CPA. You will have exceptional communication skills, a strong eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
