For more info, please visit our website at www.redwolfgroup.ca We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects from initiation to completion. You will ensure project success and deliverables are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess the following: • 5+ years of experience working with established ICI general contractors in the GTA market. • Experience overseeing multiple full cycle commercial base building projects as well as retail, restaurants and commercial office fit out projects that range between $200,000 and $10M in scope. • Post secondary college or university education, related to engineering or construction management. • Strong organizational, leadership and technical software skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills Duties: • Manage the day-to-day operations for multiple projects. • Work closely with Site Superintendents to always maintain a high level of health and safety practices on site. • Foster a collaborative team environment and provide guidance and support to team members • Develop and execute company project plans with Operations Management • Prepare and issue all subcontractor award packages. • Manage project submittal process and deliverables, ensuring compliance is maintained. • Create and maintain detailed project schedule. • Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies ensuring deviations are effectively corrected. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Lead and chair project meetings, including kick-off meetings, regular stakeholder meetings, and project lessons-learned reviews. • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Effectively manage project change process • Prepare and manage monthly project progress billing applications. • Complete weekly project progress reporting Join our team as a Construction Project Manager and play a key role in delivering successful construction projects.
