All candidates will receive email notification letting them know the outcome of their application, usually within 3 weeks of applying. What's it like day-to-day? Great question! Here’s a snapshot of what becoming an Offsiter looks like: We predominantly work with Allied Health professionals – the majority of which are Psychologists. The average Offsiters virtual assistant works from 15-25 hours a week (during school hours), spread across all five weekdays, as our clients require on-going, daily assistance. Most day-to-day tasks are completed in the mornings between 9am-12pm, with some additional tasks (like an email inbox check) in the afternoon, around 2-3 o’clock, so there’s usually a bit of a break in the middle of the day. General daily tasks include: inbound phone support, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, inbox management, managing new client intakes, processing online payments and Medicare rebates, invoicing, running reports and electronic filing etc. Being an Offsiters virtual assistant allows you to be quite autonomous – once you complete the initial training, you have support if you need it but, otherwise, you work directly with your clients and we're just here to help when you have questions or need further training. We use a task management system called ClickUp to schedule daily tasks and track time for all of our clients – this ensures nothing is missed and helps you to stay organised day-to-day. As a member of the Offsiters virtual assistant network, you have the freedom to supplement your income with additional clients, if you wish, as long as it doesn't affect your ability to service ours. When you first join the team, your hours will increase, incrementally, to 15-25 hours per week, over a period of around 2-3 months – this will depend on how quickly you pick things up and how keen you are to take on more clients. Each client generally varies between approx. 2-6hrs per week, depending on the size of the clinic/number of tasks. This means, once you’re at capacity, you would be managing around 5-7 different clients. Does this sound like something you'd be perfect for? Well, what are you waiting for? APPLY NOW!
