Description Location: Fully remote (prefer candidates located within the GTA) Contract Duration: Initial 3-month contract with intention to extend to 12-18 months once new funding code is issued (mid-May) Extension Opportunity: Yes FTE Opportunity: Yes Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (Potential after hour support may be required from 11pm-4am) The IAM Software Engineer will be supporting the migration from the legacy solution to the new solution (Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory). Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills: 1. 10+ years of working experience as a Software Engineer. 2. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access in a large enterprise environment. 3. 3+ years of hands-on experience with technologies about web access management, authentication, single sign-on authorization, and identity lifecycle management, such as on SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, LDAP, MFA, REST and API Gateway integration. 4. 3+ years of hands-on experience on DevOps such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket etc. and understanding of Java and web application development. 5. Strong knowledge on technologies about cloud computing, Windows server operating system, directory system, networking, and system monitoring. Nice-To-Have Skills: • Microsoft certifications related to Entra ID or MS security. • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, GISF, GSEC. Education: • A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is an asset.
