The Opportunity As one of our HV Electricians, you will be rewarded with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement and have the opportunity to work on high-voltage substation projects that are contributing to Australia's renewable energy future. This project is located south west of Townsville and is part of the Ross transmission zone. This substation is an essential switching station for 275kV power transfer from central to north and far north Queensland, as well as the major injection point for the Townsville distribution network. HV Electricians will join a great team culture as part of our onsite construction teams and work collaboratively to deliver these major projects safely, on time and within budget. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: QLD Electrical License Experience with substations and/or switchyards is essential Experience with HV equipment is desired High Risk Work Licences – Dogman, Rigger, EWP, CN, C6, Telehandler – are highly desirable Be rewarded at CPP.
