What You'll Be Doing: Technical Support: Provide professional and responsive support to both local and remote employees. System Management: Install, configure, support, back-up, and maintain computer hardware, software, servers, networks, printers, and IT peripherals. User Management: Set up accounts for new users and assist current employees with computer issues. Equipment Maintenance: Repair and replace equipment as needed. Technology Testing: Test new technologies to ensure they meet the company’s needs. Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to service issues and requests. Documentation: Meticulously document IT procedures and processes. User Onboarding/Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective. Shift Work: Availability for shift work as required. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Experience: IT service delivery experience preferred, but we welcome graduates with a solid understanding across a broad range of technical areas and troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail/Outlook. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer Service: Strong ability to provide excellent support and service to users. Problem-Solving: Able to quickly identify and resolve basic issues, ensuring minimal disruption and user satisfaction. Time Management: Capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing pressure effectively. Task Prioritisation: Strong attention to detail with efficient task prioritisation skills.
