We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Design Draftsperson to join our dynamic team in Gladstone, QLD. Required qualifications and experience: Competent in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Drafting software. Thorough understanding of drafting standard AS1100 and Australian Mechanical and Structural design disciplines. Experience in mechanical manufacturing drawing specifications including but not limited to tolerances, limits and fits, surface finishes, material and heat-treatment, surface hardening, gear metrology, bearing and sealing systems. Experience in fabrication and structural manufacturing drawing specifications including but not limited to tolerances, datums, weld symbols and procedures, PWHT and material construction methods. Mechanical and/or Structural engineering qualifications would be advantageous. Previous experience in component design of pressure vessels, Mechanical handling systems, mining and power generation equipment would be desired.
