Working across two sites and partnering with the Commercial General Manager to deliver cost savings, efficiencies and support the business's growth plans. The opportunity You will be managing a small team, mentoring them and supporting their career development. Your key responsibilities will be to: Manage annual and month end reporting Manage weekly and annual forecasting Drive the strategic planning process in collaboration with the GM and leadership team; working with the GM to monitor and direct the strategic plan Provide leadership to the team - directing and developing, and delivering coaching and career progression guidance. Drive process improvements, and implement finance processes, controls and standardisation across the business Collaborating with auditors for financial and internal audits, implementing audit recommendations Reviewing and collaborating on CAPEX proposals Assisting with reporting/queries and special projects Maintaining strong internal relationships with the management team and wider business. To be successful: You will have proven experience operating at a similar level, and will be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
