Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Assist in Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist in Month-end Procedure: Assist in the preparation of month-end journals and tasks. Assist in Invoice Processing: Handle the processing of invoices, expense claims, and purchase orders, verifying their accuracy and completeness. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Assist in Audits: Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information. Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other financial laws, staying updated on relevant changes.   Qualifications: Automotive industry experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Pentana MDS is a plus but not essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
