Junior School Classroom Teacher – Part time Contract Background: Casey Grammar School is a Foundation to Year 12 School with a proven reputation for providing quality education. Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior School classroom teacher. This is a 6 month 0.8FTE leave position commencing 22 January 2025 and concluding 4 July 2025. Our purpose in Junior School is to create flexible and engaging environments that support learning through inquiry and recognize the diversity of the students in our school. Role Description: Use teaching strategies based on sound knowledge of students’ physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning. Contribute to the academic growth of each student through data informed practice Actively engage in the School’s Thrive (Teacher Performance Development) Program Establish and maintain respectful, collaborative relationships with parents/carers regarding their children’s learning and wellbeing.
