Requirements and Skills: Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role. Background in scaling up businesses, particularly in healthcare or medical technology. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach. This role will suit an executive who has built up a sales team and/or worked in a Private Equity environment and knows how to drive Enterprise Value. There is a strong remuneration package on offer which is inclusive of STI and equity on offer and we are looking for someone to drive a future liquidity event.
