About the role: We are looking for an exceptional Collection Officer / Account Receivable to be the newest member of the Collections team based in our Rhodes Support office, reporting directly to the Collections Manager NSW / ACT. This role provides support for a specific group of credit customers. You will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of accounts, collection of debts, account maintenance, customer queries, dispute resolution and managing internal and external phone calls in large volumes. Part of this role will require you to build strong relationships with customers and the extended Bunnings team, while working closely with the Commercial, Trade and Retail Operations teams. What's involved: Reconciliation of accounts receivable Collection of debts Account maintenance Liaising with internal & external stakeholders Providing fast email responses to customers queries Dispute resolution Handling Inbound account calls Relief Reception What we need from you: An experienced and passionate finance professional who is a team player, outcome driven, adept at stakeholder management, possesses exceptional communication and customer service skills.
