Personal Assistant to the Operations Manager Belbaker Bus Charter Full time $30-$35 p/hr About us Belbaker Group is a family-owned company with over 50 years of business experience. Our current business portfolio includes multiple childcare centres on the northside of Brisbane, as well as one of Brisbane’s premium bus charter services, located at Zillmere. The Position We require a Personal Assistant to closely support our Operational Manager, being responsible for the following: Calendar and appointment management, including reminders High level of MS Office - Google Drive, Word and Excel Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters Instructing internal staff as needed Making travel and accommodation bookings Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients Be able to travel Due to nature of role hours may vary Monday to Friday Be able to multitask Other general PA duties as needed Due to the diverse nature of the role, a high level of attention to detail and a task-oriented personality would be ideal. Prior Personal Assistant experience is essential. A logistics/transport background will be highly regarded. A serviceable vehicle and current, unrestricted driver's licence and a Blue Card (for working with children) will also be required. Why Should You Apply?
