What the role will look like? Our centre will support 6 rooms from nursery to kindy aged. You will work across all rooms contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation and critical reflection of the education program for the children. Room Leaders and Educators will look to you for inspiration, guidance, modelling and support to ensure a quality and positive educational outcome for each child is achieved. Supporting the supporter As an Educational Leader you will have direct access to ongoing mentoring and support from our Head of Learning. This support will involve weekly meetings, direct access in person for advice as well as personal development training. What you will need: Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood Education. Valid First Aid and CPR Training in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012). A valid Working with Children Check (WA) or willing to obtain.
