Full job description Job Description The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to customer inquiries via phone and live chat, data entry, filing and maintenance of company records. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. The ideal candidate will have a customer focused approach to dealing with internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent should be highly flexible and adaptable with strong organization and time management skills in order to efficiently complete tasks in a timely manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may based on client requirements and business needs. Job Responsibilities Perform general office duties for a large number of campus retail and residence food service locations Assists unit management with clerical tasks in relation to accounting, receiving, guest services and data entry which includes processing invoices Greets customers, clients, and employees; answers inquiries or directs calls where necessary Process accounts payable transactions with high accuracy Responsible for record management and maintenance Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copy/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office This job profile does not contain a comprehensive listing of all required activities, duties, or responsibilities.
