Mechanical / Structural – Engineer Applied Engineering Services is in the thriving NSW regional location of Griffith offering the perfect balance of a professional challenge and a relaxed lifestyle. The role will provide the successful applicant with exposure to small and large projects across various industries including food & beverage, agriculture, and manufacturing. The role: Mechanical & Structural - Design / drafting / Quoting Design from initial site visit through production of tender documentation, specification and scheduling of works. Minimum 5 years full time experience in the engineering industry. Permanent full-time role. Opportunity to work on exciting and unique projects from concept through to detailed design. Have knowledge of requirements of Australian Design and Fabrication standards. Provide ongoing support during manufacture/installation/commissioning of equipment/structures. The Successful applicant: Will already have the legal right to work in Australia. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering: or a related field is required. Is a highly proficient SolidWorks and/or Autodesk Inventor operator with demonstrated experience with development and management of complex models and fabrication drawings. Extensive mechanical design & detailing experience with equipment/structures/product transfer systems Ability to work effectively within a team in a dynamic and responsive environment.
