The ideal candidate for this position should possess a strong understanding of general office practices and tasks necessary to support business operations. Familiarity with operating standard office equipment such as copiers, calculators, and adding machines is essential. Knowledge of filing systems and the ability to maintain accuracy and speed while performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail is crucial. Should be able to work well with a team. Client Details Our Client specializes in a wide range of personal health/consumer health, personal care and hygiene products; these products are organized into several segments including beauty; grooming; health care; fabric and home care; and baby, feminine, and family care. Description Perform repetitive data entry task of product information into database systems within 24 hours since request raised. Perform PO creation and tracking PO consumption using Coupa systems. Should be able to communicate and articulate change request of a product specification into a table format. Advanced Microsoft Excel. Able to understand how Microsoft tabulation works and transfer Microsoft excel numbers into the system. Understanding Coupa PO and Payment process, including PO creation. Basic understanding of barcodes, pallets, item configuration & product management. Understanding of FMCG goods. Profile To be successful: Attention to detail is a must Microsoft excel knowledge Strong Communication skills Speed and accuracy with data management Experience with Coupa (desired) Must be available to work afternoon shift Job Offer Thank you for your application!
