We are an expanding Queensland based firm with a team of approximately 75 people across our locations in Brendale and on the Sunshine Coast, as well as an offshore team. Our firm positions strategic planning as one of its core offerings guiding the elements of Tax, Audit and Accounting. The SRJ Walker Wayland team services SME's, non-profit organisations, corporations, partnerships and individuals across areas of Accounting, Audit & Assurance, Business Solutions and Business Advisory. This is an opportunity to work with and manage a team and/or clients, reporting directly to your Manager and Director. In this role you will work closely with your manager in assisting to provide top quality external audit services to clients across various industries. This role will require communicating directly with clients and working with clients off-site. You must have solid audit experience with a variety of clients, as well as exceptional communication skills. Training and development is provided through in house training, with your desire for career progression and professional development supported. To be successful in this role you will require: • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an Auditor in an Accountancy Firm • Degree qualification • Holder of or studying for CA / CPA qualification • Experience with Caseware preferable • Exposure to managing client relationships will be highly regarded • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • A strong degree of initiative with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Enthusiasm and self-motivation This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and to contribute to our and your own success.
