About the role Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide, develop and maintain an efficient, effective, ethical and confidential administrative support service with a strong focus on delivering quality patient care, whilst meeting departmental goals and objectives. This position operates with a high degree of independence, while maintaining open channels of communication between all staff within the Department and other members of multidisciplinary teams. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Daily collection of completed referrals from various hospital departments and then receiving in the Karisma. Ability to undertake additional administrative tasks as directed by management. Maintain harmonious and productive work relationships and contribute towards being a team member working within a dynamic work area. Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and ethical behaviour. Participate in the development, implementation, review and maintenance of internal systems, processes and work practices.
