About the Role Maintain and monitor the accuracy of FIM data and reporting requirements (e.g., maintaining email accounts and varying Microsoft 360 platform folders). Attend and perform secretariat duties in meetings (e.g., meeting agenda preparations and meeting minute taking) and other information within the area when required. Conduct quality audits of people and systems and provide and interpret appropriate reports, maintaining systems integrity. This role will support the procurement and inventory of clinical consumables, equipment, and maintenance processes for the PAH Occupational Therapy Department (e.g., stock take, ordering and receipting of goods) though S4HANA, liaising with external suppliers and following relevant related policies and procedures. Whilst not mandatory, previous experience with these activities and the digital information systems is desirable.
