Office Administrator Goldfields Rewinds (GRES) is a privately-owned Australian company that has been proudly servicing the Electrical services and Mining industry for almost 60 years. Based in the Goldfields region of Western Australia, we continue to be a valued electric motor supplier and service centre for commercial, industrial, and mining operations throughout Western Australia. About the role: We require an Office Administrator for our operations based in Kalgoorlie. This position will be a permanent part-time opportunity, 3 days a week with 4-hour days. We are flexible and able to work around school hours, even as the job grows. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Timesheet entry Assembly of Quotations Invoicing of Job Files Dispatch, Receivals and ordering duties Collection of ordered items Maintaining a professional front desk environment Maintain safety meeting minutes and action items Skills and Experience: To be considered for this role, you will preferably have the following: Have some background accounts package knowledge Have experience using MYOB Have some previous experience working in office administration Have knowledge and skills using Excel spreadsheets and Office 365 About you: You are willing and able to pass regular drug and alcohol testing You have a current Australian Drivers licence You are physically fit for certain duties, including heavy lifting You are an organised person who can plan and complete tasks accordingly You have excellent communication skills You are a hard-working and loyal worker Job Benefits and Perks: Friendly work environment Flexible work hours, able to work around school hours Family orientated business with flexibility to ensure a good work/life balance Job Stability How to Apply The successful candidate will be an organised individual, a good team worker, and have excellent communication skills.If this sounds like you Apply Now!
