Due to an expanding team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support the Sales Managers with their customer relationships. About The Role: As an Internal Sales Support Specialist, you’ll be a crucial part of our client’s sales team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client interactions. You'll handle submissions, create engaging presentations, manage accounts, make outbound calls, distribute electronic direct mail (EDM), and support telemarketing efforts. Coordinate and submit proposals, bids, and sales documents on time, prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Maintain updated customer information. Coordinate with teams to ensure seamless order processing. Provide administrative support to the sales and product teams. Manage reseller accounts, address inquiries, and resolve issues. Oversee the onboarding process for new resellers. Make outbound calls to generate and follow up on sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong business relationships. Record detailed information on calls and interactions. Stay knowledgeable about products to communicate effectively. Gather and tailor information to meet client needs. Design compelling presentations for sales pitches and client meetings. About You: Experience in a similar role within the sales support, administration, or customer service space. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with EDM tools, outbound calling, and telemarketing is a plus. Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
