About Us: We are a family owned and operated uniform supply company, based in the outer Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. We supply uniforms to thousands of small to medium size businesses across Australia. Our goal is to provide high quality uniforms, while maintaining an amazing level of customer service. About the Role: We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The role is 100% home based and is an entry level, casual position. We currently require someone for 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday. This may increase during our busy periods. Key responsibilities/duties would include: • Processing current orders • Ordering stock • Emailing and replying to client enquiries • Maintaining the current order schedule via a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet • General office administrative duties • Other administrative work as required (i.e. adding products to our website) About You: This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work from home during school hours. Full training will be provided. Our ideal candidate would possess the following attributes: • Able to follow procedures and instructions thoroughly • Keen attention to detail • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Well organised and motivated individual • General computer skills: Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is highly regarded, but not essential • Previous experience in the uniform decoration industry would be desirable, but not essential The successful candidate must possess: • Right to work in Australia • Language skills: Fluent in English (Written and Verbal) is essential • Access to home wi fi and a mobile phone
