About Us Central Innovation is a nationally recognized Training Organization specializing in courses relevant to the manufacturing and architectural, engineering and construction industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our busy team. Role Summary The Training Coordinator supports the Training Managers with the day-to-day coordination and administration of training run by Central Innovation, ensuring an effective and well-run training program for our customers. This includes working with the Training Manager to identify training needs, managing, and designing training programs, and ensuring that all CI training policies and procedures are reviewed and in line with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Your role will include, but not limited to: Data Entry into student management system (CRM) Coordinating in-house and virtual training activities Accurately managing training credits and deliverables Issuing Statements of Attainment and Certificates to students Liaising with clients/trainers/students with clear communication Generating training sales and delivery reports Routine office administration tasks Mapping out training plans and schedules Review and maintain of all policies and procedures. Coordinate development of training programs and course material (outsourced and/or in-house) Transfer/input of courses to LMS for online components. Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques. Coordinate designing, preparing, and ordering educational aids and materials. Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session to ensure continuous improvement is followed. Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design. Qualifications/ Skills/ Experience Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator, or similar role Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting. Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques Experience with e-learning platforms. High level MS Office and computer skills including databases. Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects at once. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Strong communication skills Degree in Education, Training, HR, or related field is desirable.
