About the Role. The business are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager, partnering with the UK Finance team and the Australian Country Manager. The Finance Manager is responsible for the financial operations of the Australian business and will provide detailed analysis and insight to influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities; Partner with UK Finance and Country Manager to maximise growth and profitability.Develop financial strategy to enhance performance. Responsible for Budgeting and Forecasting and Business Planning. Identify revenue and profit opportunities. Analysis of financial results, performance tracking and variance analysis. Provide detailed financial modeling to support key business decisions. Extensive relationship management of external vendors and professional service relationships. Manage procurement, treasury and cash positions. Develop financial reporting and audit controls and compliance. Professional Requirements; CA/CPA Qualified. Accounting or Business degree. Be a positive contributor across the leadership team. Very strong relationship management experience. You will have the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders both internally (overseas) and externally. Excellent communication and negotiations skills. Experience of level yield accounting and US GAAP would be well regarded. Experience of SQL will be advantageous.
