THE COMPANY: Has been established for over 50 years in manufacturing and supply of high quality HVAC-R and solar powered refrigerated containers. THE ROLE: Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will assist with leading a small team and help with the training of both permanent and contract personnel. Deliver projects within time and budget. Assist with scheduling and monitoring all engineering activities. Review engineering deliverables. For the design work you need to have extensive use of Solidworks & PDM. Work closely with purchasing to source BOM specifications at best cost. Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding cost, time and specifications. Check all installations and observe operations to ensure compliance throughout the projects. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Ideally tertiary qualifications in project management Experienced in the field of Mechanical, Mechatronics, Refrigeration and Solidworks & PDM. Between 5 - 7 in a similar role Knowledge of Solar projects would be nice! Understanding of engineering drawings and deliverables.
