You have a proven past of achieving sales targets or a proven track record in achieving results by utilising your great customer service skills and your ability to develop long term professional relationships. Ideally you have good common sense and high awareness of understanding the needs of your potential customers. You’ll be contributing to our aggressive new customer growth strategy as well as account managing to retain our existing customers. Your ability to find and establish relationships with key decision makers will be one of the most important parts of your role. Your ability and willingness to do cold site visits and any other legwork necessary to build your client base, will be essential to your success. While you will be provided some leads, you will still need to be actively generating and developing your own sales pipeline. You’ll work and report directly to the National Sales Manager with an annual sales budget, made up of sales from new and existing customers.
