Based in Prestons, NSW, Hoppt Australia sells a comprehensive range of light construction equipment including plate compactors, rammers, rollers, trowel machines and concrete vibrators through a national network of dealers and distributors. Territory: NSW, VIC, TAS The Role We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and talented Sales Rep to join our team to strengthen our business relationships with existing customers and to grow the business. your key responsibilities will include: Providing superior customer service by maintaining regular contact with customers and assisting them with enquiries in an efficient and client-focused manner. Identifying and pursuing potential areas for growth. Achieving sales target within cost budget. Actively utilising key selling programs to build sales in existing and new customers. Maintaining customer information for assigned territory in CRM database for sales management. Attending sales training events and seminars. Travel both intra and interstate. To be successful you will need: Must possess minimum of 1 year experience in equipment sales or related industry. Knowledge of construction equipment and operational practices preferred. Willingness to learn and be adaptable. Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach). Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer skills required. Professionally presented. Valid and current driver’s licence. What we'll provide you Mobile phone and laptop. A competitive remuneration package.
