We are seeking a driven Field Sales Representative for a blue chip FMCG brand to manage a highly profitable territory in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. You will play a crucial role in executing company strategies with local retailers, contributing to their growth and success. Role Overview: Serve as the primary representative of the brand in your territory. Achieve state targets by strategically utilizing resources and applying ROI principles. Develop and sustain strong relationships with key customers to drive mutual commercial success. Leverage data-driven insights to create and implement competitive strategies in a dynamic market. Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in sales or marketing (FMCG experience preferred). Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for engaging with clients. Proficient in strategic problem-solving and enjoys tackling challenges. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous. Must hold a full Australian Driver's License.
