This is a great opportunity for a person to become involved in our rapidly growing rental and sales company for forklifts and access equipment, the position will provide support and work very closely with the rental department. If you are looking for an opportunity to utilise your strengths in account management and business development arena and feel you have the following attributes, apply for this role: As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will need to maintain a high level of client service, ensuring that their needs are met and that communication is prompt and professional. Your strengths will include: Hire industry background (desirable) Forklift rental experience Sales experience Highly motivated, proactive and a can do approach Demonstrated history of wanting to learn Good organisation skills and time management A great team player Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal Key Responsibilities will include: Qualifying sales leads, following up and closing off in a data base Account management of our existing and old customers, focusing on long term rentals for forklifts Provide assistance to the rental coordinator in all aspects of the position Quoting on equipment for customers Cold calling on the phone + door knocking Dealing with customers attending the branch and their expectation for equipment Reporting directly to NSW state manager we will offer a salary package depending on skill set presented, company vehicle, phone, Ipad/laptop and a generous commission scheme.
