DOZCO Australia, a sister company of DOZCO India, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Engineering Technologist with a specialization in mechanical engineering to join our team in Australia. Responsibilities: ● Perform hands-on work on hydraulic and electrical systems in heavy earth-moving machinery. ● Commission, troubleshoot, and conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, ensuring optimal performance. ● Maintain periodic maintenance records and ensure timely preventive care for all equipment. ● Handle warranty claims and maintain comprehensive warranty records. ● Provide feedback on field failures to the quality department for product quality improvement. Manage annual maintenance contracts at various job sites, maintaining machinery availability. ● Maintain detailed customer machinery data and gather frequent maintenance reports and feedback. ● Report to section managers by sharing monthly reports on failures and modifications. ● Forecast fast-moving spares and support the spares department in maintaining inventory. ● Conduct training sessions on operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting for fleet and key customers. ● Conduct periodic health check-ups in various territories and generate parts revenue. ● Maintain good customer relationships, support the marketing team, and finalize customer parts agreements to ensure future sales. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher qualification (Preferably Mechanical Engineering) Or Minimum 3 years relevant work experience. Salary Package: Pay range: AUD 70,000 to 85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
