You'll be given the guidance and support you need to properly move into a Project Management role. Qualifications & Experience Previous experience working as an Assistant / Junior Project Manager or Project Co-ordinator in a client-side capacity. You don't need to be degree qualified, but if you have qualifications in project management, construction, engineering or architecture - it will help support your application.
