About the Role Position: Full-Time Corporate Travel Consultant (Work from Home) We are looking for a Corporate Travel Consultant / Manager with great enthusiasm who is ready to take on a portfolio of existing clients. You must have recent GDS and Tramada mid-office experience. Please highlight this experience in your resume and/or cover letter. You will be responsible for servicing a variety of corporate accounts with domestic and international business travel arrangements. You will be the go-to person for any relevant matter, including booking tickets, hotels, cars, and other travel content. A corporate travel manager not only handles travel arrangements but also acts as a strategic thinker, helping clients refine their travel programs. If you excel in customer service, have strong organizational abilities, and bring a great deal of passion and professionalism, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities - Work with clients to fulfill their travel needs, including travel modes, dates, costs, and accommodations. - Handle and oversee all travel arrangements and operations. - Build and maintain relationships with clients to deliver exceptional value. - Help manage relationships with suppliers. - Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures. Requirements - Proven experience as a corporate travel manager (minimum 2 years). - Proficiency with any GDS; Sabre and Travelport experience is a plus. - Self-ticketing and re-issue experience is an advantage. - Tramada mid-office experience is required. - OBT (Online Booking Tool) experience is an advantage. - High level of attention to detail. - Excellent customer service skills. - Strong communication skills (oral and written). - Well-organized and reliable. - Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively. - Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends. - A suitable work-from-home office setting.
