As our Food & Beverage Attendant reporting to the Venue Manager, you will work with your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. A few of your responsibilities: Handle all guest queries and complaints with diplomacy and tact and refer all problems together to your leader Prepare food and beverage for guests whilst creating a thrilling, memorable guest experience Consistently demonstrate relevant restaurant sequence of service Correctly prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages, adhering to recipes and specified measured Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with statutory and company hygiene requirements Perform the duties of an usher by greeting and escorting guests to assigned seating section Maintain a high level of product knowledge and promote effective communication Complete all set-up duties in accordance with standard procedures and ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of work area Follow all dispensing measures as per procedures, and the necessary recording of waste Provide quality service to all customers in a timely and efficient manner What we are looking for: Exceptional customer service skills Previous experience in Bars or Restaurants (highly regarded) Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Flexible availability across a 24/7 roster Current NSW RSA
