Our NSW Government client is urgently seeking Administration Officers to provide high-quality project and administrative support, to enable the efficient and effective operation of the Maintenance Hub Operational. Administrative Officer x 5 Start: ASAP End: 31/12/2024 + possible extension Rate: $47.50 per hour + Superannuation Location: The positions are based at various locations that are closest to commute (Coffs Harbor, Parramatta, Coniston, Port Macquarie) This role is Hybrid with a couple of days from the offices + WFH Working Hours: 35 per week - The Worker will be rostered in shifts between 7 AM to 7 PM staggered times throughout the day. Monday to Friday only. Primary Responsibilities : Provides high-quality project and administrative support, to enable the efficient and effective operation of the Maintenance Hub Operational. Attending to day-to-day related administrative tasks including data entry, reviewing Excel files, data analyse, and tracking data files. Able to work in a high volume unit with prioritising work with conflicting and critical deadlines. Responding and acting to tight time frames Work Experience required : Sound experience or exposure, to a variety of computer systems including but not limited to Excel and Adobe Good analytic skills to support the development of key projects, review, monitor, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery in the maintenance hub Good communication skills, meeting project deadlines with agreed standards and milestones; and: Provide a range of administrative activities and office services that contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team/unit that supports the delivery of services Manage and process business information by standards and guidelines to ensure all information is accurate Use relevant technology. Implement and maintain effective administrative systems and processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency and better support the business unit in delivering services. Provide customer service to act as a first point of contact for the maintenance hub to ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately. Important Experience: Sound experience or exposure, to a variety of computer systems including but not limited to Excel, TRIM, CM9 Capacity to interpret and apply guidelines, standards, and policies; Good communication skills, Meeting project deadlines Note: Please mention the location where you are currently based.
