We are seeking an individual with a positive attitude, high attention to detail and a passion for innovation and process improvement. Key Responsibilities As a Medical Admin Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our clinic's day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. Managing the business telephone for inbound and outbound calls. Assisting with billing and invoicing processes to ensure smooth financial transactions. Providing outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Collaborating closely with the Practice Manager and Psychologists to optimise clinic efficiency. About You We are looking for candidates who possess: At least 1 year of medical administration experience. A warm and positive attitude, coupled with a strong work ethic. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Innovative thinking and a drive for process improvement. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience with email correspondence and familiarity with Halaxy is advantageous. The ability to work independently and remotely.
