About the role, we are making big steps forward with our new Collie factory opening in late 2024. We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified bookkeeper reporting directly to the Finance Manager and you will be based at our head office on Adelaide Terrace in the Perth CBD. In this position you will be assisting with all round financial duties. Primary Tasks: Responsible for end-to-end accounts payable function. Raise Purchase orders and match invoices to PO’s and send invoices for managers for payment approval. Prepare payment reports and schedule pay runs based on the company payment terms Monthly and Fortnightly Payroll Reconciliation of debit cards and all accounts International invoicing and communications with our logistics team in regards to payments received Ad-Hoc Accounting and bookkeeping duties PA to both the Managing Director and the CFO as required Office Administration back up About you, the successful applicant needs to be highly organised, extremely computer literate and be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn, ability to work independently with confidence and take ownership of managing this section in conjunction with the Finance Manager. Ideally a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience, formal qualifications in Accounting or Bookkeeping are desired. Must be proficient with Xero accounting software and HR Qualifications or experience are a huge plus. What do we offer?
