ABOUT THE ROLE As an Account Officer for the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award - Australia, your role is primarily to provide support for the day-to-day finance operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Monthly invoicing Managing accounts payable and receivable Processing refunds Banking Reconciliations Inventory support Other administrative duties REQUIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES: Tertiary qualification (or working towards) a qualification in accounting. Previous experience in a finance role, specifically payables and receivables. Excellent interpersonal, communications and problem solving skills Good office software/computer skills (Xero and Salesforce desirable) Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload Attention to detail and accuracy A professional approach and positive attitude A sound understanding of accounting principles Employer questions Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
