T+O+M Executive are working exclusively with a unique Private Investment Group to help hire a Finance Manager to support the CFO directly and wider investor group. Responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the group Opportunity to travel and visit sites/assets which the group invests in $145k - $155k base + super Key Responsibilities: Lead the accounting function, developing effective financial controls & reporting Manage audited financial statements, tax compliance, and month-end process Preparation of management and financial reports to the Executive Group Provide detailed analysis of business performance, identifying areas of risk and opportunity Perform financial modelling, budgeting & forecasting, and other ad-hoc analysis. Review and management of cash flow forecasting, capital expenditure, and investments Oversee financial operations, bank relationships, and external audit requirements About You CA or CPA qualified Demonstrated FP&A, financial reporting, and financial control experience Curious attitude and ability to tackle challenges through innovative thinking Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
