About the role As a Graduate you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of operational initiatives and projects, gaining valuable experience and contributing to the success of our engineering solutions. Through a variety of secondments in operations, planning, projects and developments, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, gaining varied experience in different parts of the business. Busselton Water will enrol you in the Engineer Australia’s Graduate Program, equipping you with the skills needed for success in the modern workplace. The position is full time for a three-year term, classified as Level 5 with a commencing salary of $77,653 in accordance with the Busselton Water Enterprise Agreement 2022. At completion of the Graduate Program, there may be an opportunity for further employment.
