Position Responsibilities: The Engineering Operations Manager’s responsibilities include: Provides leadership in technical expertise, knowledge and resources in mechanical, chemical / process, carbon and combustion engineering within the company Project management, delivery, logistics and resource allocation for all projects. Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel. Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. Leads the engineering team in the development of new products, solutions, and processes. Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste. Helps to create and oversee project budgets and engages in cost management strategies. Assures that processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines. Collaborates with other team leaders Forges and maintains relationships with suppliers and customers. Salary: Salary will be offered in accordance with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
