Merri-bek is a great place to live, work and play. About the role The Bob Hawke Community Centre is looking a food services assistant to work as part of our delivered meals production team. The food services assistant plays a vital role in helping produce packaged meals for our clients. Reporting to the senior food services assistant your duties include food portioning and plating, assembling of sandwiches and salads. Packing of meals reading for distribution to the delivered meals drivers. Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment. Assist in stock replenishing and cleaning of stores, cool, freezer rooms.
