We are looking to expand our operational excellence team by adding a new industrial engineer. Your first assignment will be to support one of our clients specializing in the field of transportation, located in the United States (regular travel is to be expected). Here are the challenges that await you: • Assisting client companies in implementing continuous improvement and Lean solutions. • Participating in manufacturing strategies through operations diagnosis and defining future vision. • Using industrial engineering tools to design and optimize production lines. • Reducing waste through layout optimization or factory layout. • Participating in Kaizen workshops and operation simulations. • Collaborating with Merkur teams based in Quebec and the United States. • Participating in large-scale cross-functional projects.
