Client Services Coordinator (SMSF & Corporate Compliance) Our Client Services Coordinator provides essential support to our SMSF Division. Your main responsibilities will be to: Prepare, coordinate and complete documentation and communication for client work. Liaise with the ATO including using online platforms to generate and lodge documents. Corporate secretarial responsibilities (ASIC). Support the accounting team with client service delivery. SMSF administration. Provide support to reception. Assist accountants with tasks as needed and other general office and administrative duties as required. Client Services Coordinator (Accounting Team Pod Support) Our Client Services Coordinator will provide support to a team of three accountants. Your main responsibilities will be to: Prepare, coordinate and complete documentation and communication for client work. Liaise with the ATO including using online platforms to generate and lodge documents. Support the accounting team with client service delivery. Provide support to reception. Assist accountants with tasks as needed and other general office and administrative duties as required. About you: We believe that exceptional client experiences start with a dedicated and talented team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. We are looking for individuals who will take ownership of their role, possess excellent organisational abilities, and show initiative. They will be required to work both autonomously & within a team environment, so exceptional verbal & written communication skills, client relationship skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks are essential. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Corporate Compliance with CAS360 knowledge (or similar) - essential for the SMSF & Corporate Compliance role. You will have a passion for delivering outstanding client support. A dynamic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated attitude who is able to work with a team and autonomously. Strong problem-solving with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands in a dynamic environment. Excellent time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Experience with LightYear Docs and BGL360 highly regarded. Experience with Xero Tax and FYI advantageous.
