Working as part of a strong Accounts team, there is a lot of opportunity to grow and progress as the business continues to develop. This Accounts Payable Officer position has become available due to growth within the business. Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Lead, this role focuses on the accurate and timely processing and payment of invoices, and reconciliations. The Challenge Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Lead your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Accurately input incoming invoices into the accounting system. Conduct reconciliation of purchase orders, delivery receipts, and invoices to promptly address any discrepancies. Coordinate and schedule payment dates ensuring adherence to timelines. Facilitate the bi-weekly upload of payment runs for approval and processing. Perform regular reconciliation of creditor statements to uphold financial accuracy. Uphold data integrity across financial transactions and reporting procedures.
